Suggestions on Japanese Skin Tone
Posted by M1 A1 A2 Tanker on Sunday, September 28, 2008 9:45 AM

Hey

     Everyone

I am working on a vignette of a US Marine being charged by a Japanese soldier with his sword drawn. But was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the skin tone to use on the Japanese figure?

Since this would have taken place during the island hoping phase of the war, I'm thinking kind of a tint towards brown like he got a really good tan. Laugh [(-D]

Thanks

Scott

I have had that one in the bookmarks for a while now, an excellent resource indeed!

Also there are Reaper paints you can get online or at wargame shops, reapermini.com

they have a golden skin tone that if you cut it with some fair skin looks pretty good, but not nearly as good as these tones.
