As far as removing the flesh tone goes, that depends on what kind of paint you used. If it were oil or an enamel base, I'd use small amounts of whatever brush thinner you would normally use, and "paint" the brush thinner on to the flesh tone. If it's an acrylic, you might be able to get away with thinning it with water and kind of "scrubbing" at the paint with a wet brush. But I would also advise being quick with a paper towel or a cloth of some kind to wipe the thinned paint, if it does come off, quickly to keep it from running down to the uniform you painted. Which does look excellent.
Actually as stated already, for 1/48 the whole figure looks great! My 1/35 guys look about the same...
