They are if they're 2 inches tall and in 1/35th scale... It's scale fidelity where the discrepancies come into play... That's why, like the others pointed out, use one manufacturer's weapons exclusively, or make sure that the "mixed" weapons are the same size all around...

Sadly...true.

My solution to the varaition in manufacturer specs is to use the equipment and weapons from one manufacturer for all. This way, despite the difference in the 5'10" perspective, all the rifles, canteens, etc. are the same. While its not often that I mix manufacturers with that great a difference, my spares box has come in handy at times.

True, but look at a known constant such as a firearm. There should be no variation in size from one to another in all dimensions:length, width, heighth. Yet you will see variety in size of the same item.

A standing 1/35th scale figure should be right at two inches tall to represent a real person at 5'10" in height..

Not sure if this has been talked about before, so sorry up front.  Was looking at some dragon 1/35 figures with the pilots and crew of a 1/35 huey and the crew could have been fit inside the dragon figures....is that normal?  I know 1/35 can vary a little but seemed a bit ridiculous in size difference.  Am I way off in thinking this or is one scale way off?
