1/72 Panzer Grenadier soldier of 1 Waffen SS Division SSLAH

Here it is a small vignette depicting a Panzer Grenadier of 1 Waffen SS Division SSLAH in Russia. He at the end of skirts in an area with brambels.

The figure is 1/72 and was taken from Pegasus Hobbbies' Waffen SS Set 1, a set that I like a lot. I emplaced the figure inside a standard Caesar box used by this company for their 1/72 Parade Series figures. I think the box is great for such things.

I made this small vignette as a gift, but before giving it, I took several photos. Despite the bad light I had as well as the great rush I took them, I hope you will enjoy some of these photos.

very, very impressive for a 1/72 scale figure, I like it a lot.

Good looking figure and convincing scale terrain. Say, are zvedza and miniart 1/72 figures any good? Detail and all that?

Thanks a lot Taco. I am sorry but I do not paint any Zvedza and Miniart figures, because they have not produced any WWII Germans yet, so I cannot coment too much. As far as I know, Zvedza produces pretty good figures and I hardly wait to see their planned WWII Germans....

Thanks for the message Hans, and the answer to your question is "probably", depending on what the recipient offers in exchange.....Smile [:)]

You should marry any woman who appreciates getting an SS figure as a gift, regardless of scale...
