yeah, i know as far as the posts go...no big deal...it just seems funny. you got 50 people that take a look at it then...! whatever, im babbling and its irrelevant anyway.
yep!!! dang thing cracked again. the way they made it i should've put it together first on his head then painted it...however...blah blah blah!!! lol. like u said, fat man in a little suit (know the movie...love it btw).
the vest itself, is drybrushed...however, its drybrushed with yellow. i learned that allloooonnnngg time ago. was using lighter shades of green, blah blah blah...nope...use yellow on any green, olive drap color!! (just in case u didnt know that...) but thanks, painted darker shadows in the folds..etc, then accented with lighter shades...but the vest is strictly yellow drybrush. it should probably be a little more subtle then the way i have it but whatever!!
uggghhh....that helmet. hahaha....i had such a nice paint job on it too! i realized something about painting black as well while doing this and again perhaps u know this but i figured i'd mention it if u dont. dont paint anything black...paint it dark gray then shadow/wash it with black!! at least that's what i will do next time...like i said i had such a nice paint job that way on the helmet!! my guys boots are actually painted dark gray then outlined in black...even though u cant see it very well it looks good in my opinion.
as far as your s.f. fig...cant wait to see it...!!
