I see the kit you are talking about, and the figure in question. What part of his uniform/color were you asking about. The Oak Leaf pattern itself?

The base color of the Oak Leaf pattern is a sandy brown color- perhaps some gray/violet tones if the jacket or the inks had faded- but on the box art, I would venture that it appears more of a violet blue gray due to the box artist painting the figures into a cold, snowy setting. To make the figures blend in he might have used a grayish brown for lighting purposes. Here's a link I found on Google

Dragon figure no. 6490 "Panzergrenadiers:Cherkassy 1944" ,one particular figure ,a german commander wearing oak leaf pattern jacket,  issuing instruction ,the color comprise of yellow gross ,middlestone/ semi gross and -.sandy brown  ? ,the  color do not look like sandy brown,in fact it look  violet blue grayish,I try experiment (mixing)with different (tamiya) color,unfortunately all the color do not match,do anyone I.D. the color.
