6 months ago I bought a 1:48 F-4E Phantom II 'Korean Air Force' fr a distributor in Hong Kong.
It was not until I came back to Australia and find time start assembling the model airplane and were surprised to find that the decals supplied (in Korean Air Force marking) is completely different from the marking and Painting sheet. The marking & painting is of " Wing Commanders Aircraft 110th TFS 131st TFW Missouri ANG".
So I sent a email to Hasegawa, head office in Japan see what they can do. But until now (over 2 weeks), there is no reply from them.
Its not the money I concerned about, its the service they provide I mostly concerned. At least they can have a short reply to my email.
I used to be a regular customer of Hasegawa and love their aircraft models. But now I think I would reconsider before I choose Hasegawa products.
Did any of you have more of less the same experiences as I do???
