Games Workshop, Reaper Miniatures and the ancient and long discontinued line of Ral Patha miniatures are your best bet.

Reaper and Ral Patha mainly are white metal though, whilst Games Workshop dragons tend to be a mixture of plastic and white metal.

Armorcast do also make a resin kit IIRC and Zvezda make some dragon kits as well.

Dragon's are my wife's primary interest in her hobby of fantasy/SF figure painting.

Hi everybody, I was wondering if any of you knew of a dragon (as in the creature, not the brand name) kit, plastic or resin is fine, (preferably not white metal though), also the scale is not important. I just have a teacher that is really great and she LOVES dragons, I just wanted to make her something, kind of unique, ya know??

Any help would be great, Jim
