camo nailed it... one thing I have also done in the past, if I doubt the integrity of a CA-glued joint, is to drill a hole about the size of a dress maker's pin and plant a pin it there. Ex.- drill a hole through the shoulder, into the torso. Then, snip the head off of a dress maker's pin and glue 'er in there. Conceal with the hole with the "putty" of your choice.
camo- I think "casting plugs" might have been the term you were looking for. As for me, I'm brain-fogging on the real term for "putty". Late, brain going to sleep without me.
