Broke man you are right, Pegasus Hobbies' crew is very accurate and nice, but here I used for the crew 3 figures from Preiser's PaK40 Crew and other 3 from Preiser's 8mm Mortar in combat. These figures are more or less converted and even several are in standard poses.

In few days I will post the review for Preiser's PaK40 crew, followed by the one for the Mortar Crew. If you want to read my review of Pegasus Hobbies' IG18 set and see plenty of images with the painted crews in standard and coverted poses, please visit this link:

Thank you very much, I am glad to see that you enjoyed this small scene. Regardng camo on uniforms, I think patience and a long practice is the answer....:) Unfortunately, such a figure takes me plenty of time to finish it....

AMAZING! Thumbs Up [tup] There is no way I can paint 1/72 figures as good as you do.  Keep posting them... I have looked in your past posts and enjoyed 'em.

Even if I wrote the review for this Pegasus Hobbies kit, putting together two such guns and much more crews, it was a pleasure for assemble another one, heavily weathered and very dirty... This time I have added to it Preiser figures and extra mud made of Tamyia putty.
There is also included a "tractor", a one horse power one taken from Revell's artillery to which I added the reins, traces and few ammo boxes tied with a rope.
Because of the lack of appropriate tractor or complete team of horses, WWII Germans often employ a single horse for towing light guns such as le IG18 or Pak 35/36.
This gun is operated by its complete crew (6 soldiers) enrolled in Waffen SS Panzer Grenadier and they are in the middle of the combat. They are dressed in smocks painted in autum/winter ribbed edge and oak leaf patterns, few helmets camouflage cloths from here featuring also plane tree pattern.

Hope you will enjoy it....:)
