AMAZING work on the figure!  You can always order decals for those arm and collar bands as it is readily available.  Hope to see more coming!

Seriously, he looks pretty good to me... The uniform looks brand-new and is a good shade of the Feldgrau... However, given that he's been awarded the Eisenkreuz Erste Klasse and what looks like the Verwundetenabzeichen (wound badge), it might be a bit scruffier in appearance... Also, his collar tabs appear to be missing and although that did happen from time to time, it would be pretty rare for a veteran... 

His cuff band would look better with some lettering in it as well... I know it's pretty small, but you might be able to scribble something in there...

I like the way it looks like you carried the ground color up onto the boots, too... That little touch really ties the figure to the ground material and makes it look better, IMHO...
