Yes that would be a good choice as long as it is darker and contrasts with whatever you are using for the green in the pattern.

So would Euro dark green work for those broken lines?

The vertical broken lines lines in the splinter pattern are a dark green, not black.

I need some help painting the Monte Cassino fallschirmjager kit # 6514 from dragon. There the basic colors but did the camo also include like black lines that went through the paint. I think its called the splinter pattern. Is this color black or another color. Please Help!!!!!!!
