Figures needed for dio

Not to sound sarcastic, but there are about 10,000 different German figures available out there.  Shouldn't be too hard to find ones suitable for what you need.  Have you tried searching any retailers to see what is available?

If memory serves, AirFix had a kit of  Wehmacht figures at rest.  It might have been a multi-pose kit.  They were 1/32nd scale.

Though there are 10,000 figures out there, I who have hundreds of them built can propose a specific figure set for you. It's Dragon's German Artillery Crew #6201. It's a six-figure set that fits most German Artillery. Here shown with 17cm Kanone18:

Airfix's multi-pose figures are 1:32, too big to show with 1:35 artillery piece.
