Holy round!
These things are small!
I suppose you'll need a whle lot of time to complete a belt but the result must be worth it!

I have held this set of bullets in my hands and yes they are fantastic, and incredibly small. The PMMS site does suggest a good way to bend the brass metal to make the links, but I think I will wait until I am snowed in before I try to do it. Thumbs Up [tup]

The spent shells and bullets sell for $16.00 each package.

GEEZE![:0]

Making a full belt would be like building a whole kit.
I guess this will make you ask the question, how much detail do I really want?Confused [%-)]

And here I thought I was nuts using a dremel, file and brass wire and turning casing tapers 2 at a time. I have taken and trimmed wire and glued the little pieces side by side onto a strip of tape or foil. From a standoff distance (someone looking at it standing up, while it was on a shelf or table) that looks fine. It won't hold up to really close scrutiny but it has an "assimilated" effect.

I suppose you could use the kits above for short sections, say....from an attached ammo can to the breech. But for anything more there is a frustration and tedium factor that at least in my case far outweighs the impressiveness of this detail. I give a hardy handshake and a "Job well done" to the guy that makes a scale "9 yards" of this stuff.Bow [bow]
