Does anyone know where i can get some 1/35th scale female figures? I need them for a dio i plan on building.

i have lost patience on trying to sculpt my own (bodies aren't hard-its the head and face thats killing me)

Thanks ahead of time.

Military or civilian?  What time period?  If you are having problems with just sculpting heads/faces, I know Hornet makes a set of six BALD female heads!  Masterbox has recently released a set with a U.S. Navy WAVE and U.S.Army nurse from WWII and another set with WWII female Luftwafffe figures.  Wolf makes a WWII ATS and modern(1970) Royal Navy female;  MK 35 makes several WWII era civilian figures; Legend makes some nude/semi-nude figures in resin that are suitable for a beach scene(?!);   a company in Japan called Aurora has some neat looking 54mm metal figures of several different time periods/vocations--do not have that web address at hand, will have to get back to you--unless someone else has it.  Warriors/Lincoln County Line, associated with Squadron products (www.Squadron.com), also has some mostly WWII era females, but also have a set of OIF female MPs!  Hope this can get you started.

Sorry for not being clear. I mean Civilian, any era (it don't matter- the dio will take place "in the future" or something like that).

I would also be just fine with 1/48th-I plan on doing a dio with military vehicles driving through a small town, with a bunch of civilians lining the streets watching them go by. Male figures are easy to find, and since I am terrible at sculpting, I was kinda hoping to find some females, but no luck so far.

again, thanks for any help Captain

I have wanted to do a diorama like yours--a NATO (British, actually)  convoy moving through a German town with civilians watching--some kids would be nice, since they are usually attracted by such proceedings!  Try this site: http://aurora-model.jp/e-military.html; these figures are a bit hard to get, but they are different.  The schoolgirls seem to be good candidates for watching a passing convoy!  Let me know if you find anything since I am looking, too.

Thanks, guys.

your help is very appreciated.

By the way, USAFSPOOK, I think I might do the dio in 1/48th scale, since i've got 3 1/48th Tamiya Humvees that I am almost done with.

As for 1/35th scale-might do a WW2 dio with Germans driving through a small town they've just occupied, with all the civilians lining the streets as the Germans pass through.

Good luck with your dio USAFSPOOK.
