Manstein's revenge

Very nice.  I think the angle of the left wrist to arm is a tad severe but overall great work.  Love the groundwork.

I think both wrists  are off center. That may be the sculpting.

Your painting and groundwork, however, are top notch. Very nice presentation.

No way!  That was a piece of tree bark?  Never thought about that... now I will be scouting for those every time I work on my yard!

Great work J!

Another excellent finish on your collection of figures!Toast

I have been packing around a chunk of tree bark for weathered rock for years and plan on using it as a outcropping beside a 1/144 Dora rail gun that is boxed, 1/3 complete and 3000 miles from here.

The PE straps look great yet paper ones are easier to place on the figure. You got your looking good and I cringe as to the effort and trouble fiddling with them. Good job!

the kit comes with a PE sheet with a few straps , belt buckles and shoulder things. but no instructions are there for them

the hooks are thin wire. some other straps are masking tape.

I've finished this guy

Hello James,

The sculpting on the fig is surely top notch! You got a good start on it too. As with figs the painting is most interesting, so I look forward to it. For now watch the seam on the boot sole (front). Good luch with your build, have a nice day
