Hey, any chance we can get these without the red background, with a white background or something? It seems that the red of the facial hair is blending to much with the skin tone (but I think the color saturation from the background may be helping that) would just be nice, with all the red in the figure, to have a neutral background.
That being said I like this, and the other you posted. I was looking them over on Planet Figure

I was just going to ask the same thing. The red background is really harsh to my eyes...
Still, from first glance, other than thinking he looks like he is on Mars , it looks to be up to your typically high standards... Any reason for this one, or did you just get the mojo going?

There are quite a few good western subjects from the likes of Andrea (often based on movies or TV shows). Pegaso and Romeo, among others. Check out Military Miniatures Warehouse for a very good selection.

Thanks, Boyd. The stripes were pretty much an afterthought...I wanted a red vest to offset the browns and it looked too plain so I added those pin stripes.

Great effort of getting all the varied textures portrayed while keeping the different items homogeneous.
Heck-looks like a box-art. (I have some Warriors figures pictured with that red on the label-)
