Great advice.  I matched up the SAC green to the nomex suit and it's a perfect match.

Also, for a more faded look, SAC bomber green from Testors Model Master looks pretty good.

 

The tan suits look good in plain Testors, square bottle tan.

NOMEX  is available in any color you want. Olive Green I would think would be appropriate for flightsuits. Some Desert Storm pilots and crew wore tan flight suits.

I'm making figures for Desert storm pilots.  My 2ACR guys wore the green nomex outfits we used in Europe.  The A-10 pilot pictures I've seen of the same period have nomex flight suits as well.

Does anyone know the color combination (Model Master enamel preferred) used to create Nomex?  I'm tempted to use Olive drab with a little blue.
