Flat coats???

If you're clear flat is yellowing, you either have a bad batch of paint or you didn't shake it well enough...unfortunately, short of stripping the model, there's not much you can do to fix it. Perhaps you can dry-brush some of the base color onto the areas that show up as yellow, to try and tone it down? What color is the figure itself, can you use the yellowing of the clear coat to your advantage, like dust?

In the future, (no pun intended) try using Future Floor Wax mixed 2:1 with Tamiya X-21 Flat Base. It's safer, smells better (like apples), never yellows, and if you screw it up, you run it under hot water before it sets up and remove the trouble spot. Then you re-spray. It's what I use on everything I build, armor, ships, figures, aircraft.

thanks for the idea of product, I might try shaking it even more but i think i shook it really well... I managed to cover it up pretty well with the base color and some dried on mud and it cant be used like dust cause it looks like the figure took a leak on himself.

Humbrol Matt is pretty good, never yellows, although it pays to test a little each time on a scrap of black plastic, just to be sure it doesn't turn powdery white (apparently caused by being older than a few yeart) I had it happen ONCE, so now I'm carefull to test it, but there really is nothing flatter, even brushed on it dries absolutely flat.

Did you thoroughly clean your airbrush and cup before applying the laquer? Laquer, being "hotter" than enamel, and much more so than acrylic, might have dissolved some leftover paint and picked up the tint from your AB, transferring it to the figure.
