Here is SK Miniatures 1/9 resin Jiracilla Apache. It was sculpted by Carl Reid which is based on an illustration from the 1972 book, THE MUYSTIC WARRIORS OF THE PLAINS. That image was inspired by a 1900 photograph. The base is from John Jeffries of Long Island. The blanket pattern is based on an example of a Navaho blanket I found on-line. The bead pattern on the shirt was from an on-line example of an Apache shirt.

Awesome work, Al.
One thing though is that an errant white hair which stretches from the white feather down to the headband or is it supposed to be there? Just wondering.
The painting is some of the best I have ever seen.
See ya

No, I didn't see that until I was taking the pictures. Even knowing where it was, I had a hard time finding and removing it.
Don't sweat it, Al.
It is one little thing.
As I said this is some of the best work I have ever seen.
The bead work is beautiful and the blanket well... when I first saw pics I thought it was a cloth piece on the kit.
Excellent work.
