A while ago I asked for some help with my first figure. Got some great advice and links to how-to videos. THANKS so much for the assist.
Here is the finished product. Overall I'm happy with it. Under the magnifying glass the flesh tones are great, though the blend together with just the naked eye. Next time I'll know to use more contrast.
One change. Spock would not fire on a living creature as vulcan phylosophy respects all life. So I added a reason for the confrontation.... it's in the sand at his feet.
The sand is sand glued to the base with thinned Elmer's glue and the bushes are trees I had left over from a smaller scale diarama kit laying around. The arm came from a 1/12 scale motorcycle kit in my spare parts pile.
Again, thanks for the help.

Nice work on Spock.
I note you elected to eliminate the standard, Star Fleet issue sacrificial crew member ( red shirt ) via the non-standard dismemberment rather than the normal disruptor or phaser or lightning bolt from the sky.
