Couple of bits of information for you:

1. Airplane is spelled "plane"---not "plain".

2. Might be better to post this thread in the "Airplain" Forum...

Oh come on Manny, cut some slack, that was post #1! Angel Queen, if you do a google search for "Fokker D-Vll Kit 781" you will likely find some useful pics & info, and possibly some web pages that actually show that particular kit being built up.

Well, knowing the manufacturer might help. And the scale.

Also, the Google is useful for finding all sorts of information. Bing slightly less so.

Hello my dad was just given a Fokker D-Vll Kit 781 and I was wondering how I can get some information on it...So if anyone knows how I can get some information about that would be great.

Two suggestions:

  1. When you post something, always check it, both spelling and punctuation. If you mess up, specifically: “plain”, “givin”, & “i”, correct it ASAP [you can do it right now]. Scroll to your original post. Click on the right-most [negative image] lozenge, third option: Edit. You can fix or add information and even photos. You will get better replies, believe me (especially around this batch of sharks).
  2. When you want to research a potential model, use the Internet search engines, not just text but also image and video. I got 5,760 results in 0.36 seconds searching Fokker D-Vll Kit 781 on Google Images (most were false positives), 10 results in 0.13 seconds for Fokker D-Vll on Google Video.

And just for grins, here’s some box art I pulled, included simply because I liked the underwing camo:

......always check it,...correct it ASAP...

Good advice.....works only when the author of the post realizes a mistake has been made.

Or the author hangs around for their reply. There’s been no word from Queen2047 since 06-20-2011 11:57 AM.
