Interesting question, I had my doubts so started googling away and found only three units have cuff titles.  They are:

The German Army Aviation Corps - contains all of the army's helicopter units.

Panzerlehrbrigade 9 - Armoured Training Battalion (and School)

Wachbataillon - Drill, ceremonial and guarding and security duties

From the numerous photos I came across, these are only worn on dress/service uniforms and not on combat fatigues.

A great site click here:

regards,

Jack

Does the modern day German army still wear cuff titles? Like how the waffen SS divisions did ad some of the more elite wehrmact units did in WWII.
