1/35 Trumpeter German ISAF & KSK Commandos
Hello all, Two questions, here... First, I recently bought the Trumpeter 1/35 scale German ISAF force & the German modern KSK Commandos military figure kits. Each of the kits have come with large sheets of camouflage "decals" (presumably for the uniforms). I am wondering if any one has used these decals before and if they actually were successful in transferring them onto the figures/body armor/packs. It doesn't seem that you would be able to get the decal to adhere to the many different poses... bent legs/arms, etc, as well as, the curvature of helmets. Secondly, I have painted the camouflage uniforms on my figures in the past, but now with the advent of the new digital camo patterns many of the elite modern forces are using, my attempts at these "tiny" digital patterns have ended in disaster. Has anybody been successful in painting these digital patterns and if so... HOW?!?!
Any info would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks, --JIM--
