Why not try making your own from Squadron green putty or some of the Miliput type modeling putties I see. I have done that and with a little time you can make it look pretty good.

Draw a picture of what you want or use a picture and put a lump on the face, then use a pick or even tooth pick and try to mold it.

Ok, after digging through my stuff, I came up with only a couple figures that had pro-masks, I think once belonged to the SAS set I picked up on a whim back in the 80s...

But, I also remembered that the 1/35 Tamiya US Weapons Set (WW2) came with two pro-masks, complete with carriers and hoses... If push comes to shove, you could take a spare figure's head, remove a portion of the face, and glue the face-blank in, then cast as many copies of the head w/mask in resin as you need...

Red Lancers also carries SmartMax figures (Mauser Earth & Smog). The one you might want to take a look at is Jeremiah Crow.

Any kind honestly.  Gas masks have a very cool scifi/steampunk/post apocalyptic look and are wonderful for figures and dioramas  in that kind of setting and at that point it doesn't matter what era it is from.

It would help a lot if you said what kind of pro-masks (protective mask, they're not called "gas masks" anymore...) you want..

M17 series

M24/M25 series

M40/M42 series

M43

German, Israeli?

WW2, WW1, Vietnam through 1990? 1990 through present?

Those are just the US masks I can think of off the top of my head..

What do you need?

Those are very nice, I remember seeing that lancer with the horse gas mask before, it was unbelievably expensive.

Confused The lancer lists at $49.95, less than half the price of a typical 54mm mounted figure.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Thanks guys.  I just find the gas masks to be a really cool subject and worth modeling but noone seems to make kits with them.

Might be worth to try and sculpt one that can fit over 1/35th sized heads and then recast it...

..............DML also did a Hong Kong Special Police Unit (or something like that) which is the SAS set with one of the figures holding a riot shield, different heads for the two figures not in gas masks and U.S. style Kevlar helmets..................At Least one of the figures, in Zvezda Russian Anti Terrorist Unit set, seems to be wearing a full containment suit of some kind judging from the box art.  I have the set but I haven't started putting it together yet...............Tamiya had a couple World War Two gas masks in their  U.S.  Army accessory set that could be adapterd to figures with some work.

The only ones I know of is a couple figures in the old DML Urban Elite series.  One is in the  NYPD SWAT Team, one guy has a nice M17 gas mask on.  The other is in the British SAS set with a Brit mask on.  I don't know of any AM head sets that have gas masks on.

Anyone know where I can find figure kits and or AM heads that have gas masks, from any country and any era?  Specifically ones that are sculpted well (like not the old emhar wwi kits)
