I'm in the same boat you are...I kit bash 1/24, 1/25 cars and trucks into "mad max" style vehicles. Short of scatch building all the extras...weapons, gas cans, whatever...I just can't find anything at the local hobby shops. If you find a web site, store or person that has any please let me know.

Many thanks.

I got 4 of the Tamiya 1/25 White Metal Soldiers, they are from different branches.
Figures are metal with plastic weapons/accesories and a display stand for them, would be tough to convert them since they are metal.

My suggestion would be to forget about them and look for something in resin or similar.

If you can find them, Tamiya had a couple 1/25th scale versions of some of their 1/35th scale WWII US soldiers. They could be converted, but as I say, you'd have to find them. I had the one taken from the US Infantry ETO kit of the BAR gunner marching. I can't remember what other figures they had, but I know they had a couple. A fair amount of modification would be required. The M16 might be a problem if you're not up to the scratch building.

You might also check out companies like Pegaso and Andrea. They, among others, have produced several Vietnam figures in 90mm and 70mm. I think 70-80mm is what you need IIR.

VLS carries on their site a couple of Tamiya German soldiers in 1/25 in metal. There weren't any pictures, but would assume WWI, not sure what medium you're working with, metal, resin, plastic.
you can always scratchbuild or modify the Tamiya ones to your liking. Not sure how readily available 1/25 military soldiers are.

I am converting a 1/25th scale bulldozer into a Vietnam Era Rome Plow and wish to make a Dio out of it. Does anybody now where I can get some 1/25th scale Vietnam soldiers or something close to soldiers that I can use? Accessories such as tools and weapons would be nice to. Thanks
