I've built the Verlinden Vietnamese Civilian kit. Overall it was a good kit. The young boy's chin was messed up and needed to be sanded down and the hats were a pain in the neck (ended up throwing them away), but besides that it was a good build. Also, check out this kit...

Dragon has a kit called Viet-cong that could be adapted to asian civilians.

Try Verlinden's website. I have seen Asian civilians in some of their diorama books.

Where to find Asian civilians?

I'm in the process of putting together a dio scene of Korea and firmly believe I need a couple of civilians in it to balance it out.
The problem is I can't seem to find any so far.
Has anyone ever remember, know or come across any companies that produce Korean or Asian for that matter, civilians?
I thought at one time I had seen a set, but now that I want them, can't seem to find them.
thanks
oh, it's in 1/35 scale.
