I think I'll follow your advice of casting them in resin.

BTW I had a look at your pics; nice work. I liked the "Highway of Death" a lot. Where did you get the truck?

Yes kneepads were worn in Somalia by Rangers. Not all wore them, it was an individual preference. You could try making a set and then casting duplicates in resin.

Kneepads

Hello folks!

I need your advice. I'm working on a "Blackhawk Down" diorama and for this project I have to "adjust" some figures (mainly Dragon Models).
I was wondering:
Did Rangers have kneepads during that operation and did they all wear them?
If so, do you know how I could make those pads, so that tey all look the same on all the figures?
If I make them one by one on each figure it will take ages and they won't be alike.
