You might also check the "scrapbooking" section in a craft store. They have all kinds of stickers, punches etc.
patton45...The kit was released in the 1960's. How did modelers deal with the stars then?...
Does it matter? What you want is how to deal with them now.
...Ideas?...
Don't paint them. Find US army star decals or dry transfers in the size you need. Do the Google > Images thing for Wonder Woman and you will almost certainly turn up pics you can use for placement reference.
Here's the link.

Culttvman has a sheet of star decals specifically for this kit.
If you have a real steady hand, and a good magnifier / light, you could paint the pants white, then fill in the blue, leaving white stars- but admittedly, that would be hard to do. Good luck-
Gimme a pigfoot, and a bottle of beer...
I've got the same kit and was either going to do the stencil route or the decals,,,not sure when I'll get to it though.
Post some pics when you decide what to do and the results!

Not sure if the size range is right, but Microscale has two decal sheets that might be useful (though, admittedly, you'd end up with a lot of excess stuff you might not be able to use). One sheet has US white stars for 1/285 war games armor—several different sizes, the largest about 2mm wide:

The other is for 1/76-1/72 armor, also several sizes with largest (plain) star about 3mm wide:

(I happen to have both sheets, so I broke 'em out to measure them.) Hope it helps.

thx. there are no lines at all as to where the stars should go....
Are the stars raised or recessed in the mold? That would make it easier.
I did resin model of her, where the stars were slightly raised. I painted the panties all white, then did the blue background, carefully using a small brush to push the blue up to the edges of the stars. Worked out just fine.
I think she has white stars on blue panties/shorts right?
Personally I'd go with something simular to DP. You might check art stores for some star shaped stickers of the right size, colour doesn't matter.
Paint the panties white, then apply the star shaped stickers as masks and then spray the blue. When it's done pop the stickers off and you should have perfect white stars.

Maybe use one of those Tamiya masking tapes... put it on flat surface and cut a star using fresh blade to make a stencil then put it on the beautiful lady. One thing at time? That's what I can think of...

Sure would have been nice if they had provided star decals for this one.
When I posted this query before one suggestion was to try CultTV for small star decals. No sheet seems to exist that has stars that small, or enough of them.
The kit was released in the 1960's. How did modelers deal with the stars then? As was usual with Aurora instructions, you are only told to refer to the box art for painting...
