This is one of the most interesting sets, not only due to its top quality, particularly given by the photo-etch panels of the radios and furniture, but also because it is the single set in 1/72 scale specially dedicated to Signal troopers operating in a ground station.
As you might know, few radios are included in various figure sets, but most of the times those are quite poor and limit to back-pack radios.
While I do not need Afrika Korps soldiers, but continental ones, I scratch-built two pairs of long trousers for the figs wearing shorts. Of course, I painted them as continental troopers. Likewise, wires for the headphones are also scratch-built.
