32mm Agent Nina vel Blanca DeLuxe
Posted by MrDyzio on Monday, March 26, 2012 1:41 AM

Recently, I started working on really neat figure, which I bought from Cool Minis or Not. They list her as Blanca DeLuxe, but here she gets different name - Agent Nina.
I removed some flash, and smoothed down the mold lines. Drilled out guns barrels, added mounting pins to the legs and put the figure together.

At the same time, I started preparing base for her display, using some resin cobblestone road leftovers, and Italian WWII marker.

During last few evenings I found some spare time to focus on Agent Nina figurine.

When Nina was drying, I switched to the base, which I painted using various shades of grey. After that I applied few washes to avoid too uniform effect. Next I planted the grass from Silflor, and  imitated flowers with red Tamiya paint. For the last step I added the mixture of sandy colors pigments.

When everything was finally dry, I placed the figure on the base. Agent Nina is ready for action :)

I hope you like my little Nina...

Great job there, love how you did Nina's hair. And the base looks great, nice job on the different coloured cobblestones and the groundwork and flowers Toast

Thank you for posting her, as I told AJ on his stuff I wish more people visited this area of the forum. I really admire a nicely painted figure.

Thank you guys for kind comments. I'll try to share some more of my work, but posting pictures here is much less convenient than on many forums. Somehow it doesn't accept here IMG tags Super Angry
