Ultracast has some pretty solid 1/32 figures.
Also, Zoukei-Mura makes some pretty cool ground crew figures. They've got some Luftwaffe ones to go with their Ta 152, and are coming out with several figure sets to go with their Mustang, including two pilots BSing about tactics and I believe mechanics with an engine hoist.
