If your looking for figures depicted dressed and equipped as how they fought, then the only real choice is a Dragon set, because those are the only ones that have them in the MOPP (chemical warfare) suits that were worn by the majority of US forces during the ground war. If you want just BDU/DCU that were worn before and after the fighting, Verlinden has some good ones.

While not resin, most of the DML/Dragon kits would fit this bill.
