The figure is from Dragon's 4 piece set. The uniform is painted in acrylics and skin tones are my first attempt at using artist oils on a figure as well as my first attempt at an African American skin tone.

Nice one, but where are the other three figures? BTW, all Dragon's figure sets are in 1:35 scale, not 54mm as you posted. 54mm is 1:32 scale
