Excellent, well done. Yeah, hiding it in your buddy's layout would be hilarious.

However, your photos are in focus. Shouldn't they be blurry? Wink

Thanks guys!

As DirkPitt noted Reaper's sculptor  based it off the Patterson-Gimlin film footage. Though a recent TV special I saw where they cleaned up the film they showed the Sasquatch was apparently a she. I didn't try to give her a boob job and not sure FSM would allow me to post her if I did - not sure if the nudity rules apply to cryptids  Hmm

As an independent sasquatch researcher, I really like this. The only other done in miniature scale I've seen has been the one for the "Six Million Dollar Man" series and it made the Bigfoot look to be a monster. There are some larger scale sculptures being done that really nice.

Perhaps, but it adds a lot of interest.

Thanks!

Actually the groundwork was just model railroad ballast with a few tuffs of static grass added.

Thanks guys!

Dirk: I think they said the figure was based on that famous film clip- both the look and the walking pose.

That's pretty cool! Looks very true to the Patterson-Gimlin footage creature:

Sasquatch, Skunk Ape, Bigfoot, whatever you want to call him:

He's a 28mm gaming figure from Reaper, 28mm would be a normal 6 ft / 2 meter tall human - he's about 9 ft / 3 meters tall or so. I taped an American and Canadian penny to the jar top for scale.

Am thinking of hiding him in the woods on a friend's model railroad layout and seeing how long it takes him to spot his new visitor...
