At the beginning of new year, a wish would be that finally Zvezda to start issuing the Headquarters sets in the Mini-Box series, too. The German Headquarters, like the others, is available exclusively within Zvezda’s Art of Tactic board-games and used together with Romanian army kit by the manufacturer as a marketing strategy for attracting hobbyists to purchase the games, too.
