See if you can find the Italeri Marine set. There is a figure in that who's wearing a tank top (the style worn by basketball players) You might have to graft this to the correct style pants and head, but it better than "undressing" a figure. Also, Preiser has "academy" style figures, multi part nudes you can pose and dress. Also, Andrea's "hellraiser" their interpretationof Rambo, is wearing a tank top, but this would need a lot of work to get where you want to be.
Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
