I know there is a Tri-star Tiger crew set but I think only 2 of them are actually in the tank.

There are a few sets that have some of the figures posed in some of the open hatches. But no one set that has all five at their seats as they would be in combat situations. Between all the available resin and plastic panzer crew figure sets avaialbe you ought to be able to cobble something together. Defeintely with a bit of "frankensteining" work on them.
