The proportions of human bodies is significantly different between adults and children. 1/48 scale figures of adults look like 1/48th scale adults, not 1/35 children. These Doug's Originals are the closest you might find: available at http://www.milminwh.com/images/Dougs%20Original/35001.jpg

Master Box has some child figures in their World War Two sets. The figures can be easily updated with Moliput fine grain .
Wasn't sure if this should go in Armor or Figures, but anyway here it is.
Looking for 1/35 scale modern children for a "playing on tank" diorama. Anybody got any leads on a source for figures like that?
