I got to say , Hello :
Got my Lay away yesterday at my LHS . The M.B. " Pinup " Collection . I wound up with seven of them . These are without a doubt the " Prettiest Ladies " I have ever seen in 1/25 !
Very well molded and very interesting subject matter .They are in all kinds of calender type poses . The faces are very well molded and good expressions are there to bring out .
Daring poses as is typical of the Genre .But beautifully executed .The master sculptor is a fellow by the name of A.Gagarin . Needless to say , he captured the essence of the subjects !
Tyical long legged beauties posed to show their and their subjects assets . All have different hairstyles and modes of attire . Some though do not have the attire as pictured . Some have baseball hats instead of the hairstyle shown .Not a problem though .
Many of you who are learning to do skin tones will have plenty of surface to practice on . They have one " Thunder Spirit " ( Not a pinup Really ). When you assemble her , except for her top she could be for all that's sacred " Nude "
With this figure there's little left to imagination ! Almost titillating in fact .This figures almost borders on being banned . When done though , she will have everything covered though ! Again a Gagarin sculpture and darned well executed I might add .
The haughtiness in her stance , says she's not one Native American woman to be trifled with . With the tomahawk she has , I wouldn't . Makes me think of my first wife ( May she be chuckling in heaven ) who was native American , A Doctor and very opinionated .This figure kinda reminds me of her in her twenties ! Give her deep reddish Black hair and there you go .
Of course my Mrs was very demure and proper . Convents do that to them !
