German Waffen SS Officer (pic)

Hi everyone. This is my first post on the Figure Forum, as I usually hang out with the flyboys up on the Aircraft Forum. But every now & then I set my AC model kits aside and spend some quality time doing a figure. This is a 77mm (approx. 1/24 scale) metal casting, assembled & filled with Epoxy. All major painting was done using Winsor & Newton oils and small details were done with Humbrol enamels. Hope you like it and thanks for letting me share.

Thanks all for your kind comments.

Jordan, I think you mean the jacket as the shirt is the same as the shorts. For some reason the pic wont enlarge so it's a little hard to see. Using oils, I just mix colors on the pallette until I get what I want. For this one it was basically Prussian Blue, Cadmium Yellow, Paynes Grey & Permanent White.

Wayne I enjoy getting older, especially when I consider the alternative.
