Funny you mention the hands. I went through some of my 1/16 figures but they were way too small.
So, I decided to scale down the kit hands but I guess they were, cartoony caricature, large, to begin with.
After shrinking them a little they looked good for this purpose on the cutting mat but after installation they looked to scale with the rest of Bad Hombre
