Gollum and The One Donut - 3D Printed
Posted by Kizzy on Friday, August 31, 2018 6:20 PM

My preciousssssss!  Thought you guys would enjoy this.  Have been having a lot of fun with my 3D printer these past several months.

I found the original model file on Thingiverse, and resized him so he stands about 110mm tall.  Printed on a Monoprice Select Mini V2 with Hatchbox Gray PLA, and painted with Tamiya and Vallejo Model Color acrylics.

 HA !

 That's neat !

Now all you need is a "Hobbit", that look's a bit like Homer Simpson, trying to Steal the Doughnut.

Dont worry about the thumbprint, paint it Rust , and call it "Battle Damage"

HAH! A donut is better than any grimy old ring!

That's really cool! Nice work, love the expression you got on the face!!!

Thanks all!  And if you notice, he's modelled to have a slight belly, since he's been eating a few too many of the precious-esssss. Smile
