1/35 WW1 German figures
Posted by TankerEasy on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 6:53 AM

I have found an awesome little 1/35 trench cut-away piece that i want to make into a sweet dio, only problem is atleast from my own searching is cant seem to find very many WW1 figures.  Id really like to find a german soldier, preferably a sniper so i cant have him set up peaking between sand bags at the top of the trench.  Anyone know of anyone selling something like that?  I cant find anything on ebay, and google hasnt brought me any results..

WW2 has always been the most popular part of the hobby. Its only been in the last few years, since the 100th anniversary in 2014, that we have seen an increase in WW1 kits, especially ground vehicles and figures.

ICM seemed to get out in front of this, about 4 years ago; but that effort seems to have petered out.

Was some nice weapons kits (if with some flaws) for Germans, French, Brits, and US.  And some figures, if never in enough of the various varieties of WWI uniform the conflict saw.

The WWI US Weapons kit had a nice array of WWI weapons that a lot of those weapons were still in use by both the US Army and Marine Corps early on in WWII. So they could help when making dioramas of the early years of the war.
