Arttista does a pricey O scale/ 1/48 pewter figure of a man sleeping in a chair, but that's about all I could find. (Here)

You might have to do your own sculpting. In that scale you're likely to find better options with railroad figures than military ones...but you'll still have to modify clothing in some fashion.

hey all, I’m in need of some help. I’m trying to find some modern US Air Force ground crew.  but not just any ground crew. I’m looking for crew chiefs in various sleeping positions. So many times, especially on TDYs, we find ourselves passed out under the jets, waiting for pilots to step. I need 1/48 scale. I’ve exhausted the interwebs searching and couldn’t really find what I’m looking for. You guys have any thoughts? 

 

maybe look for 1/48 armor crewmen? With the Air Force going camo for ground crew, ya might find armor guys you can modify?
