Hello everyone I'm needing some help , I'm trying to find 101st Airborne 43' to 45' 1/35 scale for a Dio I'm in the process of building and so far I've had no luck , well actually I found 1 Dragon kit but I need more of a selection than that , I need the figures in all positions and perferably in winter gear , so if anyone knows where I can buy them from or find them I would be forever in your debt .

Am I correct in assuming that you´ve watched "Band of Brothers" and are doing a dio of the Battle of the Bulge?

As a matter of fact thats exactly what I'm doing , I'm just having trouble finding the figures and I'm not a good sculpter so that idea is out of the question and as far as changing a current figure , again I'm not that good .

Start poking around the manufacturers here. http://www.greatmodels.com/ Click on Manufacturer, select Figures in the drop down menu and hit Search. That will bring up all manufacturers who make figures. You'll have to fish around to find stuff that will suit your needs though.

Lots of good resin and white metal figures out there in 1/35th scale. Just bear in mind that the Battle of the Bulge was in the dead of winter so the 101st were wearing the same gear as every other infantry outfit in the theater. What that means is that pretty much any WWII US infantry figure in heavier gear will do nicely.
