Marine Corp WW2 camo uniform paint set ?
Posted by Tankluver on Friday, May 10, 2019 6:12 PM

Was thinking about this the other day, we see companies release uniform camo sets for the various pea Dot patterns and such for World War II but is there one for the pacific theater for marine Corp uniforms? Only reason I’m asking is i was thinking it’d be a fun build to do a bunch of Marines in the back of an LVT-4 one of these days.

Hello Tankluver,

ScaleHobbyist has the Marine Pacific uniform color in a set from the Vallejo Line. Go into paint section then select paint sets then scroll down until it appears. Also, Look at Mission Models paint website. Look at the Olive Drab Fade #1 and OD Fade #2. they look pretty spot on. Good Luck

Jeff

Marines will get persnickety--it's written "corps" despite being pronounced "core." It's French (as are sergeant and colonel) wandered into English. We even retain the irregular French plural: corps.
