Is there an easy way to paint digi camo?I thought I saw a "dip" of sorts. I also posted a similar thread a day ago and cannot find it. Sorry if it's on the boards Andi just can't see it.
Yeah, DN Models makes some really good masks for various subjects. I've used them before on my Type 63 Multiple Rocket Launcher.

I am assuming you are refering to uniforms. Either way, there is no magic "dip" that produces digital camo on a figure or any other subject. There are digicamo decal sheets that can be applied to figures though.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.
And ya see, I assumed he was talking about vehicles...
While I was referring to figures the masks would be great on one of my future vehicle builds. I was sure I had seen an "easy" way to paint digi on figures. Oh well I'll try something! Thanks for the great answers. Happy modelling.
There are some "dip" schemes that work at the level of a Yeti or Rtic mug or water bottle--these typically involve "floating" layers of paint on another liquid.
The effect is striking, but not what a person would call repeatable, and would not be anything like a "scale" representation of a given pattern. (There are YT videos on how to dip pain drinking cups and water bottles, for the interested.)
