All joking aside really super work there. Very nice job on the 3D printing and love your paintwork!
Only thing I'd say, and it is nitpicking so please ignore me if you want but his teeth are super white. I think I'd add a little yellow or tan between them.
Then again it's been decades since I've seen the movie so maybe that's how they looking on screen?

believe me, it was my intention to make them yellow, but is typically depicted as super-white (you should see hells dental plan)

Looks good. Tim Curry always had a very good range of caracters. From there he went on to the butler in Clue and Amadaeus and eventually to King Arthur in Spamalot.

Just checked, he played the title role in the 1980 Broadway play. I originally heard about it on the soundtrack of Forbidden Broadway, the first CD I think it was.
I have to say that you have captured 'Darkness' in all its essense. I hope you're giving this to your sister, because she loves the movie and not to antagonize her. LOL. All in all; a fantastic job.
