This is Rooster from Mitches Military Models. Needs a couple touch ups but pretty much done.

Wow! You nailed it! Great job on the face and the clothing!

And interesting pose for the bust, I really like the in-action look instead of the standard posed you normally see.

Yes, I wonder if Mitches just called the figure "Rooster", as a way of avoiding licensing.  The way Andrea issued a figure of Spock from "Wrath of Khan" and called it "Space Officer".

 I have a Figure that is definitely George W.(S.?) Patton. They just called him an American W.W.-2 General! This was from a firm in Malaysia. I picked him up four years ago from there. A friend and his wife do figures and were Vacationing There. He's about Three inches tall, With separate Hat, Head, Feet, Arms and Hands, Poncho and Cigar!
